We can interact more often in a closer way

Outdoors events

Able to share more details and help in more critical situations

N/A

Physical Contact, the ability to meet on short notice

Physical contact

physical fun, can go places with them, skip class, cheat off of homework

I don't have offline friends

Person to person interaction

The ability to see them in the real world, not just their voice or face

human interaction, genuinity, real life experience in how to respond instantaneously to certain reactions and behaviours, affection

I can actually meet up with them and do stuff with them

I can see them and hang out with them physically; I don’t have to sneak around the house when I call them (my parents don’t like online friends)

Real life interaction

Being able to hang out and support each other in person.

They feel much more real to fall back on. There's a different kind of banter that can exist when you can physically see each other and read body language. They are also much more of a "versatile" friend. With my online friends we talk, but I feel like there's only so much to talk about when you're talking everyday. I feel like I have to actively play games as a form of "hanging out" to keep the friendship flowing.

Being able to hang out in person, deeper friendships due to being in person, they can help you with things, learn new hobbies as you vary more

More thorough conversations, physical activities, banter

We can physically be close to each other, touch each other, drink together, have ***, etc.
