Hugs (pre-covid, of course), relaxing "party" nights, nonverbal communications (my offline friends and I can read each other's body language so well that we have a lot of silent/half-vocal conversations)
Proximity, we can go out together, they also know me better personally than my online friends, (and the tiny bit of extra comfort with true identity, they are what age they say they are etc)
We can meet up in person and hang out! Which strengthens our friendship more than just talking with my online friends does. We can interact physically (hug, cuddle) and just in general do more things together because we’re not limited by the internet. If we want to grab dinner together, we can. I can’t do that with my online friends.
I legitimately love being with people. I love seeing their faces, seeing how they smile and laugh, and overall feel that hanging out in person is in many ways a richer experience. I often wish I could hang out with my online friends in real life for that reason.
They know me more and comfort me more than my online friends. And we can meet in person a lot less carefully.

None. The entire country is handling the Covid pandemic. Offline friends are online now too as friends.
We can physically meet up and hang out and have that human connection.
A more personal feel
they don't exist
